Total Social Agency (TSA) are based at, Lewes Con Club, 139 High St, Lewes BN7 1XS.

TSA will in some cases change passwords to access sites for security and will always advise client of any changes.

TSA will in some cases allow apps such as Hootsuite/ Twitter Analytics to gain access to client account- these can all be removed and only verified apps will be granted access.

TSA will always contact client in the event of any negative responses on social media and will take immediate steps to mange any negativity.

TSA will use online images from client websites – or create new images for client depending on services retained.

The client will always have full access to their social media accounts and ultimate responsibility for their social media accounts lies with the client.

TSA will pre approve any paid advertising prior to creation with client.
